Ratnagiri Refinery and Petrochemicals will operate the upcoming Raigad refinery, proposed to be built at Maharashtra in India. The integrated refinery will be owned by Indian Oil, Oil and Natural Gas, and Bharat Petroleum and is expected to start operations in 2027.
