The oil and gas production of SM Energy grew 29.01% in December 2021 from 2,16,203.05 boe/d in December 2020.

On a YTD basis, the company’s total oil and gas production increased by 5.92% from the same period in 2020.

The company’s oil production declined 9.05% to 1,52,283.71 bd in December 2021 from the previous month, while gas production up by 3.72% to 687.24 mmcf/d. On a YTD basis, oil production increased by 11.61% in 2021 when compared with the same period in 2020, while gas production declined by 1.73%. Out of the total oil and gas production in December 2021, oil production held a 54.6% share, while gas production held a 42.48% share.
