Southern Resource recorded an increase of 5.7% in total oil and gas production to 133.89 boe/d in August 2021 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s USL48 database.
The oil and gas production of Southern Resource grew 338.55% in August 2021 from 30.53 boe/d in August 2020.
On a YTD basis, the company’s total oil and gas production increased by 100.57% from the same period in 2020.
The company’s oil production declined 2.13% to 32.64 bd in August 2021 from the previous month, while gas production up by 5.56% to 0.57 mmcf/d. On a YTD basis, oil production increased by 133.67% in 2021 when compared with the same period in 2020, while gas production rose by 100.97%. Out of the total oil and gas production in August 2021, oil production held a 24.38% share, while gas production held a 73.4% share.
Looking at the states where Southern Resource recorded the highest oil and gas production in August 2021, Oklahoma figured at the top, accounting for a 28.15% share. The company produced 104.48 boe/d in the state in August 2021, an increase of 1.13% from the previous month.
On a YTD basis, the company produced 891.15 boe/d in Oklahoma in 2021, recording an increase of 68% from the same period in 2020.
