Valence Operating records 4.03% decrease in production in February 2022

Valence Operating recorded a decrease of 4.03% in total oil and gas production to 13,740.24 boe/d in February 2022 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s USL48 database.

The oil and gas production of Valence Operating grew 12.86% in February 2022 from 12,174.92 boe/d in February 2021.

On a YTD basis, the company’s total oil and gas production increased by 6.14% from the same period in 2021.

The company’s oil production declined 11.83% to 2,858.96 bd in February 2022 from the previous month, while gas production declined by 1.46% to 60.23 mmcf/d. On a YTD basis, oil production increased by 14.57% in 2022 when compared with the same period in 2021, while gas production rose by 4.08%. Out of the total oil and gas production in February 2022, oil production held a 20.81% share, while gas production held a 75.58% share.

Looking at the states where Valence Operating recorded the highest oil and gas production in February 2022, Texas figured at the top, accounting for a 100% share. The company produced 13,740.24 boe/d in the state in February 2022, a decrease of 4.03% from the previous month.

On a YTD basis, the company produced 28,057.12 boe/d in Texas in 2022, recording an increase of 6.14% from the same period in 2021.

Valence Operating witnessed the highest oil and gas production in Harrison county in February 2022. Out of all the counties, Harrison county held a share of 18.97% for the firm.

On a YTD basis, the county produced 5,214.28 boe/d for the company in 2022, a 4.48% decrease from the same period in 2021.
