Yamburgskoye is a producing conventional gas field located onshore Russia and is operated by Gazprom Dobycha Yamburg. The field is located in block Yamburgskoye.
An expansion project is associated with the Yamburgskoye, namely Yamburgskoye Development. This project is currently in the feasibility stage, expected to start in 2024.

Production from Yamburgskoye
The Yamburgskoye conventional gas field recovered 78.62% of its total recoverable reserves, with peak production in 1992. The peak production was approximately 17,234 Mmcfd of natural gas. Based on economic assumptions, production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2058. The field currently accounts for approximately 4% of the country’s daily output.
Remaining recoverable reserves
The field is expected to recover 6,763.73 Mmboe, comprised of 443.62 Mmbbl of crude oil & condensate and 37,920.58 bcf of natural gas reserves. Yamburgskoye conventional gas field reserves accounts 2.30% of total remaining reserves of producing conventional gas fields globally.
