In February 2023, Elk Range Royalties wrapped up the acquisition of Permian Basin mineral and royalty interests from Tower Rock Oil & Gas and its affiliates.

As per the purchase and sale agreement, Elk Range Royalties acquired around 2,300 core NRAs, more than 2,600 gross producing horizontal wells and more than 6,000 remaining gross undeveloped locations across the Delaware and Midland basins.
