Europa Oil & Gas (Holdings) plc has raised $870,000 through the issue of approximately 11 million shares at a price of $0.08 each in a private placement.
finnCap Limited was broker for the placement. Proceeds from the placement are intended to be used by Europa Oil to fund 3D seismic activities, CPR production and other geological licence work, offshore Ireland.
Plexus has secured an initial purchase order from Aker BP to deliver surface exploration wellhead equipment for Hyrokkin and Nordfjellet standard pressure exploration wells off the coast of Norway. The contract also has the potential to include additional wells in future.
Plexus is the supplier of wellhead and mudline suspension equipment for exploration and production applications.
