NCS Multistage Holdings has agreed to pay $80m for the acquisition of Spectrum Tracer Services.
The purchase consideration will be funded by the company through a combination of cash and equity.
Spectrum Tracer supplies oilfield tracers, chemicals and radioactive tracers to the oil and gas industry.
NCS Multistage has appointed Vinson & Elkins as legal advisor for the transaction.
The transaction will allow NCS Multistage to expand its products portfolio.
Zenith Energy has agreed to acquire all of the outstanding units of Arc Logistics Partners LP and its general partner Arc Logistics GP LLC (Arc GP) for a purchase consideration of $406m, through its subsidiaries Zenith Energy U.S., L.P. and Zenith Energy U.S. GP, LLC.
Arc Logistics owns and operates terminal, storage and pipeline assets and is also engaged in the transloading of transportation fuels, crude oil and other petroleum products.
The transaction is scheduled to be completed during the fourth quarter of this year or the first quarter of next year.
Trinidad Drilling has completed the acquisition of RigMinder Operating for a purchase consideration of $30m.
The consideration was funded by the company through a combination of cash and the issuance of common shares.
RigMinder offers rig monitoring package for drilling operations. The acquisition allows Trinidad to extend its service portfolio.
Shapir Engineering and Industry has agreed to acquire 10% stake in Givot Olam Oil Exploration.
The transaction involves a purchase consideration of $1.3m and also includes an option that enables Shapir Engineering to acquire an additional 15% interest in Givot Olam Oil for $3.78m.
Givot Olam Oil is engaged in the exploration and development of the Meged oil field at Rosh Ha’Ayin Lease I/11.
The acquisition will allow Shapir Engineering to enter the oil and gas industry.
