Oceaneering International Inc has completed the acquisition of Ocean Technologies with a cash consideration of $30m.

Logan International Inc has raised $3.86m through the sale of its outstanding shares in Logan SuperAbrasives Inc and Logan Completion Systems, Inc.

Logan SuperAbrasives develops high-performance superabrasives, and poly-crystalline diamond compact products for fixed-cutter drill bits, while Logan Completion Systems offers equipment and services for the oil and gas industry.
