Oil and gas project management and consultancy firm Wellperform ApS has completed the acquisition of Chris Dykes International Limited, a well examination services provider.
Chris Dykes International will continue to trade as a separate entity with no alignment with WellPerform well management business.

Operator of drybulk carriers and offshore support vessels DryShips Inc has sold 56.079 million of its shares in Ocean Rig UDW, representing a 40.4% stake, to an unrestricted subsidiary of Ocean Rig for $49.91m.
Ocean Rig owns a fleet of offshore ultra deepwater drilling units and provides offshore drilling services for offshore oil and gas exploration, development and production activities.
