Gazprom Neft has awarded the front-end engineering and design (FEED) contract for the Badra oilfield in Iraq to Technip.
Under the framework, Arabian Gulf Mine Action Company will perform mine clearance studies for the 3D seismic survey and road and well site construction until May 2011.
The company will select a contractor to complete the processing and interpretation of the data received during the surveys, which will be conducted by Oil Exploration Company (OEC).
