GRP CABLE TRAYS AND CABLE LADDERS

ERCON GRP / FRP cable trays and cable ladders are made of either polyester or vinylester resin and are available from 50mm to 1,000mm widths. A complete range of tees, bends, couplers and other accessories in GRP are available.

These meet international specifications like NEMA, BS, EIL and are ideal for offshore oil platforms, refineries, chemical plants, water treatment plants, the electroplating industry, railways, power plants, fertilizer plants, ports and jetties, etc. ERCON GRP cable trays are being extensively used on various offshore oil platforms and oil refineries in India and abroad.

They are approved and recommended by leading consultants like Kvaerner Process, Humphreys & Glasgow, Uhde India, EIL, Chemtex, Consulting Engg. Services, PDIL, etc. and are approved under third party inspection by LRIS, ABS, Bureau Veritas, EIL, Kvaerner Power Gas, etc.

FRP GRATINGS AND HAND RAILS

ERCON fibre glass gratings, hand rails, support structures and cage ladders are manufactured on a fully automated pultrusion plant and are strong, corrosion-resistant and elegant looking. These are safe and ideal for corrosive atmospheres, having a long maintenance-free life. The materials used are corrosion, UV and fire resistant, non-conductive, easy to erect and have an anti-skid surface.

Applications for ERCON's pultruded GRP / FRP gratings include walkways and platforms, trench covers, drain covers, battery racks, packing support grids for scrubbers, cooling towers, stair treads, cross overs and electrical insulating grids.

GRP LADDERS AND SAFETY CAGES

GRP ladders, with or without safety cages, are made to any size and offer exceptional strength whilst providing you the benefit of a lightweight and corrosion resistant product. Walk through tops are made to order. Ladders are available in yellow or grey colour. Fire retardant grade is also available. All cleats, brackets and fixings are in stainless steel or FRP.

FIBRE GLASS LADDERS FOR ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE

Fibre glass safety ladders are available in extension and self standing varieties and are safe for electrical maintenance extension ladders up to 40ft and A-Type step ladders up to 10ft.

FRP CROSS ARM

Suitable For 11kV and 33kV overhead transmission lines, these FRP cross arms are ideal for coastal sites (being corrosion resistant) and in remote rural areas where they save birdage faults.

FIBRE GLASS TOOL HANDLES

Fibre glass tool handles for hand tools and garden tools are available in round and oval shapes for shovels, spades, forks, etc.
