Pentair has launched a new release of its Raychem TraceCalc Pro v2.8 Windows desktop software.

Updates include:

• New MI cable references added to bridge resistance gaps, enabling better power match in design
• Review of heat sink adders, helping to reduce the amount of cable required for installation
• Update to insulation material properties, resulting in improved heat loss calculations
