The Norwegian waste management company SAR has entered into a purchase agreement for a mobile TCC unit to treat oily drilling waste on several locations along the Norwegian coast.

Following a thorough technological evaluation, SAR selected the compact and mobile TCC unit; the treatment capacity will be approximately 5t/hr and the expensive base oil will be recovered and re-used resulting in a very positive business case for the operator. This is the first TCC acquired by SAR and the TCC unit will be delivered in November 2010.
