Turner Designs Hydrocarbon Instruments, Inc. proudly announces ATEX Zone II certification of their TD-4100 XD oil in water monitor. The certification is for EEx NP II T6.
Effective July 1, 2003, all products sold for service in the European Union for use in potentially explosive atmospheres must comply with the ATEX directives.
The TD-4100 XD continuous online oil in water analyzer detects and measures crude oil, refined fuels, fuel oils, lubricating or hydraulic fluids, and aromatic solvents in water. Detection limits range from low ppb to high ppm. The TD-4100 XD can detect and measure dissolved, dispersed, and emulsified hydrocarbons in water. Hydrocarbons are monitored in water without chemical additives, pre-treatment, and no mechanical mixing of the sample stream. The TD-4100 XD online oil in water analyzer is now ATEX certified for use in Hazardous Area Installations including offshore oil productions, refining, petrochemical, mining & other industries that require robust online hardware for severe duty and hazardous locations.
