JDN Air Winches Profi Lifter 500

J.D. Neuhaus (JDN), the specialist in air driven hoists, cranes and winches, presents a new rope winch in the load range up to 750 kg: The JDN Air Winches Profi Lifter 500 with capacities of 500 kg in the 5th layer and 750 kg in the 1st layer.

These new winches combine approved PROFI technology with functional design, i. e. high reliability and safety at low maintenance. The motor with integral brake doesn’t need any additional lubrication. The gear train cooling by exhaust air provides a 100 % duty rat-ing resulting in no waiting times. High rope capacities up to five layers ensure flexibility on site.

With the direct pendant control the Lifter 500 can be sensitively operated over the full load range. The low weight of only 29.3 kg makes them applicable as a mo-bile all-rounder.

Due to the driving medium compressed air they are predestined for operation in hazardous areas. The Ex-Classification is: II 3 GD IIA T4(X). Typical areas of application for the JDN air winches are on- and offshore industry, chemical industry, ship building an repair in-dustry, machine and plant construction or assembly lines in industry and craft.
