This range of robust Ex D Connectors not only reduces assembly times to around three minutes, but also dramatically improves safety, and usability and maintenance options in-field.

Overview

Incorporating live connect / disconnect in the hazardous area and a virtually instantaneous connect / disconnect system the Falcon Series Connectors from Trolex are the most robust and easy-to-use Ex d products on the market today.

Employing an innovative rear-loading assembly system that requires no special tools, making-off times have been reduced from hours to a matter of a just a few minutes. The connect/disconnect is a two-stage bayonet coupling system, that is almost instantaneous and is incredibly robust just twist, push, fix and it’s done. Even with a gloved hand.

The new Falcon Series Connectors are fully ATEX and IECEX approved for both Group 1 and Group 2 applications, and are available in stainless steel and aluminium, with up to ten contacts.
