Demisting Cyclones Flow Assurance
The Zeta-pdm 4G-FD® demisting cyclones are designed to polish the gas prior to compression.
Zeta-pdm is a world leader in separation processes and a key technology supplier to the oil, gas and petrochemical industries. With many years of proven experience, both onshore and offshore, we have built an industry-wide reputation for quality, reliability and for the depth of service that our clients need.
Our research and development programs have focused on delivering real benefits to our clients by reducing design and planning time, and also by optimising process design to reduce the size and weight of their equipment. As a specialist technology supplier, our primary focus is on various types of separation processes, including:
Whether a single item of equipment or a process train, Zeta-pdm provides a full consultancy service, helping to identify and rectify problems, optimise efficiency and increase throughput. We achieve these aims through the utilisation of the following:
With Zeta-pdm, you get credible solutions based on practical engineering, process design expertise all of which is in strict accordance with the latest additions of EN ISO 9001:2000. Based on our extensive range of internals technology, developed in-house and on other licensed technologies, we offer flexible high performance gas outlet and packing technology, plus a range of industry standard internals.
Zeta-pdm‘s specialty is the design of separation, gas treatment and processing equipment, based primarily on in-house fabricated, state-of-the-art proprietary internals. We can supply a wide range of equipment, either as welded or non-welded components with single or modular items designed to fit through vessel manways.
In short, Zeta-pdm offers the industry designs, which are efficient, compact and provide a highly cost-efficient solution to every separation problem. We welcome the opportunity to expand the scope of supply to encompass stand-alone vessels to full package design and supply.
Zeta-pdm proprietary process internals include:
Our product range and experience offers the industry compact and efficient designs, and a commercially advantageous solution for every separation need.
Process calculations aim to provide information on the operating conditions inside a separator vessel but they cannot show the actual fluid flow field associated with the process in any detail.
At Zeta-pdm, we utilise the latest CFD techniques to troubleshoot existing designs and to enhance new build designs. With CFD we are able to create model geometry, which is highly representative of the separator vessel. The model is then split to form a computational grid consisting of literally millions of individual cells. The equations of fluid flow are solved at each separate and discrete cell point and then combined to provide a solution for the overall flow field. We have the knowledge, resources and equipment to push the accuracy level as close to perfection as is humanly possible.
Zeta-pdm has sales and technical offices in the UK, the Netherlands and Australia, as well as a growing network of agents throughout the globe. Whatever your location, we have local representation and points of contact to provide you with the service you need.
