The company’s overall hiring activity declined by 15.34% in July 2021 when compared with June 2021.
IT jobs claimed a 21.49% share in the company’s total hiring activity in July 2021, and recorded a 2.07% down over the last three-month average share.
Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops Yara International IT hiring in July 2021
Out of the total IT job titles posted by Yara International, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 78.33% in July 2021, and a 9.62% drop over June 2021, while Miscellaneous Computer Occupations claimed a share of 13.33% in July 2021, and registered a 33.33% decline. Computer and Information Research Scientists held a share of 6.67% in July 2021, a 100% rise from June 2021.

Asia-Pacific stood next with 45%, registering a 37.21% month-on-month decline. South & Central America was the third leading region with a 5% share and a 200% growth over June 2021.
In the fourth place was North America with a share of 3.33% and a month-on-month decline of 33.33%.
India commanded a leading presence in the region’s oil & gas industry IT hiring activity with a 36.67% share in July 2021, a 29.41% growth over June 2021. Germany featured next with a 28.33% share, up 41.67% over the previous month.Singapore recorded an 8.33% share, decline of 61.54% compared with June 2021.
Junior Level jobs lead Yara International IT hiring activity in July 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 78.33%, down by 4.08% from June 2021. Mid Level positions with a 16.67% share, a decline of 23.08% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 3.33% share, down 50% over June 2021, while Senior postings accounted for 1.67%, recording a month-on-month an flat growth.
