The 920km-long, upcoming Abadan–Rey project will be operated by Iranian Oil Pipeline and Telecommunication. This onshore, product pipeline, with a maximum diameter of 26 inches, will start in Khuzestan (Iran) and ends in Tehran (Iran).
The Abadan–Rey project is expected to commence operations in 2022 and will be owned by National Iranian Oil Refining and Distribution.
