Caprock Oil & Gas records 5.31% decrease in production in September 2021

Caprock Oil & Gas recorded a decrease of 5.31% in total oil and gas production to 62.93 boe/d in September 2021 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s USL48 database.

The oil and gas production of Caprock Oil & Gas declined 5.62% in September 2021 from 66.68 boe/d in September 2020.

On a YTD basis, the company’s total oil and gas production decreased by 14.5% from the same period in 2020.

The company’s oil production declined 5.33% to 62.85 bd in September 2021 from the previous month. On a YTD basis, oil production decreased by 13.65% in 2021 when compared with the same period in 2020. Out of the total oil and gas production in September 2021, oil production held a 99.87% share.

Looking at the states where Caprock Oil & Gas recorded the highest oil and gas production in September 2021, Texas figured at the top, accounting for a 100% share. The company produced 62.93 boe/d in the state in September 2021, a decrease of 5.31% from the previous month.

On a YTD basis, the company produced 595.87 boe/d in Texas in 2021, recording a decrease of 14.5% from the same period in 2020.



Caprock Oil & Gas witnessed the highest oil and gas production in Crosby county in September 2021. Out of all the counties, Crosby county held a share of 73.59% for the firm. The company produced 46.31 boe/d in Crosby county in September 2021, a decrease of 9.23% in production when compared with the previous month.

On a YTD basis, the county produced 459.76 boe/d for the company in 2021, a 12.17% decrease from the same period in 2020.
