Chaco Energy recorded a decrease of 3.34% in total oil and gas production to 1,126.88 boe/d in December 2021 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s USL48 database.
The oil and gas production of Chaco Energy grew 25.21% in December 2021 from 899.99 boe/d in December 2020.
On a YTD basis, the company’s total oil and gas production increased by 25.67% from the same period in 2020.
The company’s oil production declined 5.7% to 472.59 bd in December 2021 from the previous month, while gas production declined by 1.81% to 3.79 mmcf/d. On a YTD basis, oil production increased by 36.51% in 2021 when compared with the same period in 2020, while gas production rose by 19%. Out of the total oil and gas production in December 2021, oil production held a 41.94% share, while gas production held a 57.99% share.
Looking at the states where Chaco Energy recorded the highest oil and gas production in December 2021, Oklahoma figured at the top, accounting for a 36.4% share. The company produced 744.53 boe/d in the state in December 2021, an increase of 0.3% from the previous month.
On a YTD basis, the company produced 8,830.05 boe/d in Oklahoma in 2021, recording a decrease of 17.87% from the same period in 2020.
Chaco Energy witnessed the highest oil and gas production in Campbell county in December 2021. Out of all the counties, Campbell county held a share of 15.58% for the firm. The company produced 175.59 boe/d in Campbell county in December 2021, a decrease of 3.72% in production when compared with the previous month.
On a YTD basis, the county produced 1,730.26 boe/d for the company in 2021, an 11.36% increase from the same period in 2020.
