Hambantota I Refinery, Sri Lanka

Accord Group (India) will operate the upcoming Hambantota I refinery, proposed to be built at Southern Province in Sri Lanka. The non integrated refinery will be owned by Accord Group (India), and OQ SAOC and is expected to start operations in 2027.

During the period 2021-2025, the Hambantota I refinery is expected to witness an estimated capex of $1,400m.
