Hillard Baxter Mancos Shale witnessed an increase of 0.95% in total oil and gas production to 1,77,866.04 boe/d in November 2021 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s USL48 database.
The oil and gas production in Hillard Baxter Mancos grew 9.94% in November 2021 from 1,61,790.55 boe/d in November 2020. On a YTD basis, the total oil and gas production in the play increased by 8.89% from the same period in 2020.
In Hillard Baxter Mancos, oil production grew 2.64% in November 2021 as compared with the previous month, while gas production increased by 0.89% to 993.39 mmcf/d.
On a YTD basis, oil production in the play decreased by 5.9% in 2021 when compared with the same period in 2020, while gas production rose by 9.61%. Out of the total oil and gas production in November 2021, oil held a 3.71% share, while gas had a 96.29% share.
In Hillard Baxter Mancos, Exxon Mobil emerged as the largest oil and gas producer, recording a total oil and gas production at 1,14,625.92 boe/d in November 2021, an increase of 1.33% from the previous month. The company held a 0.42% share in oil production and 66.91% share in gas production in November 2021.
On a YTD basis, the company registered a 1.11% decrease in total oil and gas production from the same period in 2020.
Compared with other counties within Hillard Baxter Mancos Shale, Sublette county recorded the highest oil and gas production, holding a 64.94% share in November 2021. The county witnessed a 1.39% increase in production to 1,15,510.11 boe/d in November 2021 when compared with the previous month.
On a YTD basis, it registered a decline of 1.24% in total production from the same period in 2020.
