Ersan Petrol San will operate the upcoming Kahramanmaras refinery, proposed to be built at Kahramanmaras in Turkey. The non integrated refinery will be owned by Guney Yildizi Petrol Uretim, Sondaj Muteahhitlik Ve Tic and is expected to start operations in 2024.
