Kibaale–Buloba, Uganda

The 210km-long, upcoming Kibaale–Buloba project will be operated by The Albertine Graben Refinery Consortium. This onshore, product pipeline, with a maximum diameter of 10 inches, will start in Western Region (Uganda) and ends in Kampala (Uganda).

The Kibaale–Buloba project is expected to commence operations in 2026 and will be owned by The Albertine Graben Refinery Consortium, Uganda National Oil, TotalEnergies, and others.

During the period 2021-2025, the Kibaale–Buloba project is expected to witness an estimated capex of $171.4m.
