The Bandurria Sur unconventional oil field recovered 11.39% of its total recoverable reserves, with peak production expected in 2023. The peak production was approximately 31.71 thousand bpd of crude oil and condensate, 30.00 Mmcfd of natural gas and 0.18 thousand bpd of natural gas liquids. Based on economic assumptions, production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2075. The field currently accounts for approximately 2% of the country’s daily output.

The field is expected to recover 190.63 Mmboe, comprised of 164.00 Mmbbl of crude oil & condensate, 154.29 bcf of natural gas reserves and 0.92 Mmbbl of natural gas liquid reserves. Bandurria Sur unconventional oil field reserves accounts 0.17% of total remaining reserves of producing unconventional oil fields globally.
