expansion projects are associated with the Block 0 (Area A and B) conventional oil field, namely the Lifua A, the Lifua B, the Lifua C, the South N’Dola, the Kambala, the 83N Phase 2, the 83N Phase 1, the Nsangui Phase 2, the Sanha Lean Gas Connection (SLGC), the Malongo West Redevelopment Phase 2 and the Malongo West Phase 3. The expansion projects are currently in the commissioning, approval, feasibility and construction stage.

Production from Block 0 (Area A and B)
The Block 0 (Area A and B) conventional oil field recovered 97.06% of its total recoverable reserves, with peak production in 1999. The peak production was approximately 460.00 thousand bpd of crude oil and condensate. Based on economic assumptions, production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2025. The field currently accounts for approximately 11% of the country’s daily output.
