Farfan is a conventional oil development located in ultra-deepwater in Brazil and is operated by Petroleo Brasileiro. Production from the Farfan conventional oil development project is expected to begin in 2026 and is forecast to peak in 2027, to approximately 21,001 bpd of crude oil and condensate and 21 Mmcfd of natural gas. Based on economic assumptions, the production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2063.

Remaining recoverable reserves

The field is expected to recover 98.30 Mmboe, comprised of 87.57 Mmbbl of crude oil & condensate and 64.34 bcf of natural gas reserves.
