Production from Nawara Gas Field Development Project
The Nawara Gas Field Development Project conventional gas field recovered 10.90% of its total recoverable reserves, with peak production expected in 2029. The peak production will approximately 0.98 thousand bpd of crude oil and condensate, 84.00 Mmcfd of natural gas and 0.65 thousand bpd of natural gas liquids. Based on economic assumptions, production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2043. The field currently accounts for approximately 17% of the country’s daily output.
Remaining recoverable reserves
The field is expected to recover 90.52 Mmboe, comprised of 6.19 Mmbbl of crude oil & condensate, 481.39 bcf of natural gas reserves and 4.10 Mmbbl of natural gas liquid reserves. Nawara Gas Field Development Project conventional gas field reserves accounts 0.03% of total remaining reserves of producing conventional gas fields globally.
