Air Hose

Zebung’s air hoses are designed to aid the delivery of industrial compressed air across a wide range of sectors, including offshore, manufacturing, mining, construction and construction.

  • Working temperature: -20°C to 80°C (up to 100°C）
  • Characteristics: Abrasion, aging and o-zone resistant
  • Working Pressure: 5bar-20bar
  • Guarantee period: Three months
  • Internal rubber layer: SBR synthetic rubber
  • Reinforcement layer: High-tensile textile braided or tire cord
  • External rubber layer: SBR and CR blend

Water Hose

Our water hose systems facilitate the conveyance of water.

  • Working temperature: up to 100°C
  • Characteristics: Abrasion, aging and ozone resistant
  • Working Pressure: 5bar-20bar
  • Guarantee period: Three months
  • Internal rubber layer: SBR synthetic rubber
  • Reinforcement layer: High-tensile textile braided or tire cord
  • External rubber layer: SBR and CR blend

Water Suction and Discharge Hose

Zebung’s innovative suction and discharge hose units are designed for use in conjuction with pump systems for the two-way transportation of water and other liquid solutions.

  • Application: Transfer of water within various industrial applications
  • Characteristics: Highly flexible and ozone / aging resistant. Suitable for medium-to-light duty liquid transfer
  • Working pressure: 5bar-20bar
  • Test pressure: 40bar
  • Burst pressure: Up to 60bar
  • Safety Factor: 1:3
  • Temperature range: -30°C to 85°C
  • Hose lining: SBR synthetic materials
  • Reinforcement layer: High-tensile tire cord with steel helix
