Nordic Oil and Gas has completed the laboratory analysis of samples taken from the drilling of the firm’s 4-11-35-4 W2 site in Endeavour, Saskatchewan, Canada.
The analysis showed the presence of hydrocarbons in all the samples with a dolomite porosity as high as 21%.
Given the results, four separate intervals were selected for perforating.
The Second White Specks formation has high resistivities and biogenic gas shows are similar to previous wells drilled on the Nordic acreage.
Nordic Oil and Gas chairman and CEO Donald Benson said that following these results, the company will proceed with perforating and swabbing the well over the next few days.
