Non-welding supports and one-bolt clamps for pipelines

By using our non-welding supports you can save up to 35% in pipeline supporting installation costs. You can multiply the benefits by using our no-welding support with different kinds of starting brackets. With brackets you can easily add, move, modify and maintain pipelines.

Sliding clamp, AISI 316.

With one-bolt clamps you can save 50% in clamp assembly time and reduce the space between two pipelines. One-bolt clamp is designed for pipe sizes 2in (DN50/D60,3) and below. It has also been used for blucher, insulated and plastic pipes.

High-quality clamp models and raw materials

We manufacture clamps according to your needs, including standards NS, DIN, SSG and SFS.

The most common raw materials used are carbon-steel S235JRG2, stainless-steel AISI304 and AISI316, and aluminium. We also manufacture clamps in other materials according your needs.

Carbon-steel coating for pipelines, clamps and supports

Rilsan coating has almost all the same qualities as stainless steel. With Rilsan coating you can use plain carbon steel instead of stainless steel. The temperature range for Rilsan is -40° to +130°.

Rislan coating has many applications in a wide variety of fields where the following characteristics are required:

• Excellent resistance to corrosion
• Improved resistance to wear and abrasion
• Good impact resistance
• Electrical insulation
• Low surface friction
• Aesthetic surface finish
• Compatibility with food products
• Good hygienic properties
• Long service life

No volatile substances, toxins or odours are released by either the Rilsan powders or the finished coating, nor is there any pollution created on the coating lines. Using Rilsan is thus a good solution that contributes to a healthier environment.
