Novatec Braids has released a white paper on Offshore Technology, with details of products provided by the company.

These are:

  • The NOVABRAID FAST ROPE design is an improvement over legacy plaited Fast Ropes. (reference Mil - F - 4442). The Novabraid Fast Rope is available in weighted and non-weighted versions
  • STARLINE is a 100% high tenacity polyester rope designed to combine our most durable 32 carrier cover with a fully spliceable low stretch core. It is ideal for static rescue work and safety lines
  • THROW LINE is a floating rope that will not absorb water. It is constructed with a twisted multi-filament polypropylene (MFP) UV stabilized cover and a parallel strand MFP core
  • POLYSPEC is a double braided rope constructed with a 100% polyester cover and a 100% Spectra® core
