Asset integrity solutions provider EM&I’s regional general manager (RGM) Asia Pacific Peter Davies delivered a speech at the Offshore Arabia Conference, which took place on 1 March 2018 in Dubai, UAE.
The theme for the Conference was ‘Navigating the future and facing the challenges’, and provided a useful update on the situation and future development of the offshore oil and gas sector in the Middle East.
EM&I’s contribution was as part of the panel considering ‘Security, Risk and Crisis Management’, with the presentation covering EM&I’s ‘Disruptive Innovation for Asset Integrity Management’ as a means of mitigating integrity, operational, cost and safety risk, particularly in the current economic and market environment.
After the conference, Peter Davies commented: “this was a useful forum for marketing EM&I’s capabilities within the Middle East market, as well as hearing broad updates on the state of the market, with intent for the developments offshore around the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.”
