COC is a fully owned subsidiary of JSC 'Circle Maritime Invest' (CMI). All owned vessels in the fleet are consolidated under CMO ownership. The parent company is responsible for financing arrangements, business development activities, new-build construction programmes, as well as for strategic development of the group.
