Marine Flooring - Pumpable Deck Screed Systems

Marine Flooring is a high-quality flooring contractor for the marine and offshore industry. We specialise in pumpable deck screed systems that meet the fire requirements for deck coverings for passenger vessels and offshore installations in accordance with IMO Res A 653 (16) (IMO Res MSC.61) (67).

We deliver fast track flooring systems that provide customers with great time-saving benefits. Vast areas of flooring can be laid in one day. Our systems are walkable within two hours of installation, affording other trades early access to work areas.

Access, supply and fitting of all types of sheet and tile floor coverings with marine certification are within our remit. A small selection of these include:

  • Maxit marine screeds
  • Durastic epoxy finishes
  • Amtico marine floor coverings
  • Polyflor sheet vinyls
  • Armstrong / Desso high-quality Axminster
  • Wilton carpets

We have recently completed flooring works in the North Sea sector, the Caspian Sea, the Cromarty Firth, Mauritania, Nigeria and the Gulf of Mexico.

BERGO MARINE DECK TILES

There is no better way to improve the look and functionality of a ship than the Bergo Flooring System.

Bergo Marine Tiles feature a perforated surface that ensures superior drainage capacity. Material runs through and is held underneath the tiles, thereby reducing the amount of dirt and water left on deck by activities such as window washing that is brought into cabins by passengers.

Bergo Marine Tiles are also easy to install and do not require any fastening, adhesives or special tools. The sub floor does not have to be perfectly level and, once installed, the tiles lie securely fixed on top of the steel decking, providing an attractive flooring system that is also extremely hard wearing. In the event that a major cleaning job is required, the floor can be easily removed by using a specially designed tool.

Available in a wide range of distinctive colours, Bergo Tiles are increasingly being used on the balconies of cruise vessels.

Overall, Bergo Marine Tiles reduce cleaning costs and enhance cabin appearance and cleanliness. This flooring system is currently being used on ferrie and liners.

In addition to marine deck screeds, we also supply:

  • Designer flooring
  • Safety flooring
  • Contract sheet vinyls
  • Ceramic tiles
  • Rubber flooring
  • Fitted carpet
  • Carpet tiles
