In spite of growing pressure from overseas competition, Hertel’s UK offshore division has secured new contracts worth £12m in the last six weeks.

The influx of new business incorporates the company’s complete range of services, from FEED to new-build accommodation, with the highest levels of growth shown in the maintenance and refurbishment sector of the business.

The year 2012 saw Hertel’s UK offshore division achieve its highest turnover yet, delivering three new accommodation modules to blue chip clients in addition to long-term maintenance and refurbishment awards from operators including Centrica Energy and CNR International.

Hertel Managing Director Jon Rokk said: "I feel this achievement is testament to the trust our customers have in our expertise and our dedication to meet their needs."
