In order to meet process requirements in oil and gas, petrochemical or chemical plants, whenever capacities are below those achievable with a conventional centrifugal pump, Finder Pompe had designed a low flow, high head pump series.
Finder Pompe provides custom pumping solutions for the oil and gas industry, whether it is upstream, midstream or downstream. Its extensive product range includes centrifugal pumps that are designed according to API 610, triplex plunger pumps complying with API 674 and twin screw pumps in line with API 676 standards.
The wide variety of technologies and configurations allows Finder Pompe to meet a number of requirements, from small to large flow capacities, low to high head pumps, and a range of pressures.
Specialist pumps for oil and gas operations
All Finder pumps offer high quality, efficiency, reliability, long-life and trouble-free operation.
Operational flexibility allows Finder to meet the needs of unique orders that may be required for demanding industry environments.
The extensive product portfolio, ranging from API 610 centrifugal pumps to API 676 twin screw pumps, enables Finder to easily cover the majority of the pumping needs within the oil and gas market, whether offshore or onshore.
Custom-designed low-flow, high-head pumps
The PEP pump range has been specifically designed to meet low-flow, high-head, low-NPSHa API 610 requirements without the need for rushed development of solutions. The hydraulic working principles are the same as those for partial emission or barske-type pumps.
This low-flow/high-head pumping solution is available in many configurations, including the OH2-PEP Series, OH2-Magnetic Drive-PEPMD, OH3-L-PEP Series, VS4-V-PEP and a special BB2 version with vertical orientation.
Tailor-made solutions for offshore applications
Finder Pompe can provide solutions for a number of applications and will work with the client to find the best solutions for a variety of applications. Finder Pompe covers areas that include
- Applications on board floating production storage and offloading (FPSO) units
- Oil extraction, such as injection pumps for triethylene glycol (TEG) and monoethylene glycol (MEG)
- Refinery and petrochemical applications, i.e. heavy hydrocarbons, crude oil and diesel oil
- Storage tanks
- Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) projects
Support services and pump maintenance
Aftermarket service is part of Finder Pompe’s support activities, with an office dedicated to handling spare parts requirements and answering customer’s enquiries. A specialised mechanical service division is able to carry out maintenance and checks of rotating equipment both on and off site.
Maintenance and assistance can be provided for single and multi-stage centrifugal pumps, both horizontal and vertical, as well as liquid ring vacuum and positive displacement pumps.
About the Finder Pompe
Established in 1952, Finder Pompe has become an important player in the design and manufacture of engineered pumps and systems for offshore or onshore applications that require heavy-duty products and advanced technical solutions.
Its products are sold worldwide to major engineering companies and end users with a leading position in the fields of oil and gas, nuclear energy, petrochemical, power generation, desalination and chemical.
The range of “partial emissions” pumps (PEP series) manufactured by Finder Pompe includes a two-stage design.
Besides the consolidated experience in the downstream applications within the oil and gas field, Finder Pompe has considerably increased, over the last few years, its presence in upstream applications and specifically on Floating Production, Storage and Offloading (FPSO).
Finder Pompe, part of PSG®, a Dover company, is excited to announce the opening of its new pump-testing facility at its headquarters in Merate, Italy.
