Company officials announced today that Maxim Evaporators has signed a distributor agreement with Green Marine & Industrial Equipment Co for the US Gulf Coast market.
Green Marine was founded in 1961 and today is a well diversified sales and service organization. Green Marine serves clients in marine, offshore and shipbuilding industries. Green Marine is strategically located in the center of the Gulf of Mexico region with offices in New Orleans and Houston. This allows them to offer quick response to equipment sales and service needs.
Maxim Evaporators was originally founded in the 1940’s for the purpose of manufacturing water purification equipment utilizing evaporative technology.
"Maxim is growing its core business of standard water makers and aftermarket parts and this distributor agreement with Green Marine is a tremendous step forward for our company," said Brian Hebert, Maxim’s president.
Maxim manufactures a series of standard fresh water makers that can be used in numerous applications. Models are available with capacities from 192 up to 22,500 gallons per day. Engineered units can be designed to produce up to 500,000 gallons a day of fresh water.
