This document has been developed to assist, guide and prompt you to get the necessary information to carry out informed research, analysis and ultimately a structured business proposal for the establishment of an offshore supply base facility.

As in most documents of this type you need to treat it as a 'live' document that is liable to change at any time as it does not cover every eventuality.
