Asian Offshore Services (AOS) is an internationally recognised designer and manufacturer of modular buildings and cabins for onshore and offshore oil and gas, petrochemical and marine applications. The modules are designed to be installed individually, coupled or stacked at site or pre-coupled and stacked to form a ‘single-lift’.
Our modular design concepts are suitable for onshore process plants, offshore oil and gas platforms and marine or drilling support vessels. AOS specialises in three specific types of modular designs that are suitable for either new build projects or refurbishment of existing plant and equipment as follows:
In support of our design and build services AOS also provide onshore or offshore site installation, hook-up and commissioning services of our modules.
AOS E-houses can be designed in modular form that allows for pre-installation of electrical and instrument vendor equipment and factory testing prior to shipping to site in a controlled and clean environment. This dramatically reduces site hook up and commissioning time and provides major benefits particularly on fast-track projects.
AOS also provide full EPCC services for System Integration of any or all of the above shown electrical and instrument systems or install and commission ‘free-issue’ electrical and instrument equipment from client specified vendors.
Our Living Quarters comprise:
We offer the following multi-purpose modules or cabins:
All AOS modules and cabins are fully customisable to meet the client’s specifications and requirements, which take the following into consideration where necessary during detailed in-house design engineering:
AOS also provide living quarters and E-house refurbishment services for offshore platforms, FPSO, FSO or marine and drilling support vessels in the following categories:
In support of AOS modular buildings and cabins to the offshore oil and gas and marine / drilling sector, AOS also supplies aluminium helidecks, aluminium structures and architectural materials such as firewalls, blast rated walls, fire doors, liner wall panels, ceiling panels, emergency escape hatches, fire-rated windows, wet-units (shower and toilet units), flooring systems and furniture.
