WorkSite Lighting, a service-disabled veteran-owned small business hosts Winley Ramp Build on the 15 December 2012 The event, in New Roads, LA, US, was designed to assist a Vietnam-era veteran and his spouse in their time of need as a gift of appreciation for their service to their country.

WorkSite Lighting, the City of New Roads, American Press, Kelly’s Specialty Meat Market, BIC Magazine, F7 Group, and The Mission Continues Alumna Valerie Brown teamed together to build a wheelchair ramp for Mrs Winley, who is fighting through her forth bout of cancer.

"This event will be the first of many volunteer opportunities with WorkSite Lighting. This is our way of giving back to the community and promoting the teamwork of local businesses, non-profit organizations, and community volunteerism" said Bill Matthews, the CEO of WorkSite Lighting. "Our team is very excited for the opportunity to give back to veterans and their communities."
