We have a reputation for supplying high-quality robust products suitable for use in the harshest of environments and our modern fleet of offshore accommodation and office units, process equipment, wellhead buildings, fire-rated doors, windows and bathrooms are all manufactured to the highest specifications. All Specialist Services' office and accommodation units are designed, manufactured and certified to meet DNV 2.7-1 / BS EN 12079 standards.

Wellhead buildings

Specialist Services provides the oilfield industry with a comprehensive range of modular wellhead buildings such as MWD, STE, coring, drillers control rooms and wireline units, all built to the highest international codes such as DNV, EN, BS, SOLAS and ABS. Our units are compliant with Zone 1 and 2 or Class 1 Div 1 or 2 and are DNV 2.7-1 or BS EN12079 and 2.7-2 certified.

Our wellhead buildings cover all oil applications from geophysical exploration through to drilling and on to downstream refining. All buildings are manufactured with the harsh oilfield environment in mind, and suitably for frequent transportation, rough use, varied electrical inputs, different regulations and differing geographical conditions.

Offshore accommodation and offices

Specialist Services' range of offshore accommodation and offices has been developed to provide for the high specifications demanded by the oilfield market. All offices and accommodation units are designed to provide longevity and low maintenance service in the most demanding of locations, whilst meeting the necessary safety requirements for offshore use.

Specialist Services builds to the highest international codes such as DNV, EN, SOLAS and ABS and are certified to meet DNV 2.7-1 / EN 12079 standards. For areas that do not require rated units, we are able to supply a wide variety of non-rated units from stock.

Fire-rated blast doors, sliding doors, and internal and external doors

Specialist Services produces a full range of high-quality blast doors, sliding doors, and internal and external doors for the oil and shipping industry. Within the range are single, double doors and service hatches with fire ratings from B0 to H120. Our facilities in Dubai include gas leak and water-pressure testing units, with third-party certification being carried out by authorities such as Lloyds, BV, DNV or ABS.

In addition to fire doors and windows, we also manufacture Lloyd's-Register-approved prefabricated bathroom units made from fire-retardant glass-reinforced polyester (GRP). These are delivered as complete factory-tested units ready for installation.

Skid-mounted well testing and process equipment

To compliment its long history of providing high-quality modules, Specialist Services also provides skid-mounted well testing and process equipment such as test separators, surge tanks, heaters, manifolds, pipe manifolds and sand filters for the oilfield market. The scope of works provides for the complete engineering and testing process to ASME and ANSI oilfield standards.

Specialist Services is a holder of ASME U2, U, S, R and NB stamps and fabricate its own pressure vessels, pressure piping and system boilers to the highest standards.
