Specialist Services Group is able to provide an extensive line of modular hire solutions for use in both the offshore and onshore oil and gas industries.

The company’s catalogue of modular hire solutions includes a number of engineering, workshop and accommodation modules, as well as utility, office and temporary living quarter (TLQ) structures.

All our modular solutions are carefully manufactured to ensure compliance with the latest industry regulations, including SOLAS, DNV, ATEX, ABS and NORSOK standards.

Blast-resistant buildings

Specialist Services’ blast-resistant buildings combine the latest cutting-edge engineering behind the most advanced blast-proof systems in the industry with the amenities and facilities of traditional brick and mortar office structures.

We also have a rental fleet of blast-resistant modules ready for immediate deployment, which have a medium response rating of 10psi at 200 milliseconds. Each of our blast-resistant modules is extensively tested and engineered to our industry-leading safety specifications and adheres to the requirements of API RP 753 and 752.

FLEX 33 – Flexible, luxury accommodation modules

In addition, our innovative new FLEX 33 accommodation module is a unique solution that has been specially designed combining a comfortable living environment equipped with all the facilities and finish of a luxury five-star hotel room with a number of features that ensure maximum personal safety.

This new generation of reliable, ABS-compliant modular units will keep personnel comfortable and safe during operations, and can be easily installed on-board all ABS-class vessels.

Drilling and process packages for oil exploration processes

Specialist Services’ range of drilling, testing, production and process packages are fully certified and have consistently proven to optimise the value and efficiency of oil and gas exploration, appraisal and production activities.

We are able to offer clients some of the highest quality products for upstream, midstream and downstream applications currently on the market, from standalone equipment such as heaters, heat exchangers, surge tanks and separators to full underbalanced drilling (UBD) and managed pressure drilling (MPD), well-test and early production facilities.

We hold ASME U2, U, S and National Board R and NB stamps, and we can also CE Mark to the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED).
