JDN AIR WINCHES PROFI

With immediate effect J.D. Neuhaus, the specialist in air driven hoists and cranes, offers air powered winches for a variety of applications:

• JDN Air Winches Profi Lifter 500-1 and Profi Puller 800-1
• JDN Air Winches Profi Lifter 500-2,2/800-2,2
• JDN Pulling Winches Profi Puller 1,800/3,000
• JDN Lifting Winches Profi Lifter with 1,200/2,000
• Capacities: 500kg (1,100lbs) up to 3,000kg (6,600lbs)

The Winches of the 500 and 800 series are predestined for universal and mobile applications due to their size. The Ex-classification is: Ex II 3 GD IIA T4(X).

Profi Lifter 1200/2000 and Puller 1800/3000 in a compact durable steel structure are for all applications with higher demands. They are also available with increased motor power (6 kW) for higher rope speeds. Explosion classification for the standard models: Ex II 2 GD IIA T4(X) / II 3 GD IIB T4(X), with increased spark protection: Ex II 2 GD IIB T4(X).

JDN HOISTS AND CRANES

JDN hoists and cranes are mainly used in hazardous areas and JDN have specially designed a wide range of equipment for the offshore industry.

All JDN air hoists and cranes in standard design are suitable for applications in hazardous areas - Ex II 2 GD IIA T4(X) / II 3 GD IIB T4(X), because compressed air, unlike electricity, does not produce a sparking hazard.

For applications in more hazardous areas - Ex II 2 GD IIC T4 JDN air hoists and cranes are available in a special sparkproof design.

OPTIONS

All the equipment mentioned above comes with a variety of configuration options and accessories. BOP HANDLING SYSTEMS

JDN Monorail Hoists were specially developed for BOP Handling Systems. Two hoists can be operated as one tandem lifting unit running on parallel runway beams - capacities of over 200t are available.
